The consultation assesses the suitability of treatments for the client and costs €10. When you buy a session or a package, the consultation is FREE (the fee is deducted in full).
Regeneration session (25 minutes / 50 minutes) includes massage, release and movement techniques.
We value your time as much as our own. To ensure the highest quality of service and smooth scheduling for all clients, please respect the following rules.
Free rescheduling
If you need to move or cancel your appointment, you can do so free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts.
Late change and cancellation
If you change the appointment less than 24 hours before the planned start, or do not show up, the appointment is charged in full with no right to a replacement.
Arriving on time
Please arrive about 5 minutes early. If you are late, the session will not be extended, so that following clients are not delayed.
By purchasing any product from the price list you agree to these conditions.
Referral programme
After your first visit every client automatically gets an internal account. You can earn rewards on it in the form of credits for recommending new people.
How does it work?
If a new person mentions your name at their first visit and then buys any session / package, we credit both you and the referred person €10.
Conditions
Credits are kept in euros and can be used to purchase any service from the price list, or as a discount on the listed services. Credits cannot be paid out in cash. A reward can be used within 3 months of its last entry.
